Baltimore Substance Abuse, Inc. (bSAS) is responsible for defining and meeting the City's need for alcohol and drug treatment and prevention services. We plan, coordinate, and monitor a comprehensive and integrated publicly funded service system, managing state, federal and local grant funds.
